Never tried hienekan Light, we don't get it in Vancouver. We have a Canadian beer called Sleamans that offers a brand called Clear. I think it's about 2.5 Grams of Carbs, but it's only 4% alcohol

I dont reccomend Mikes light anymore. I didnt realize it had that nutra sweet crap in it.

Hieneken light is pretty good. It's just really tough to get a good buzz.

Pretty much anything that's sweet and is light or low-cal has some artificial sweetener.

I guess they want to keep the alcohol content a secret. Couldnt't find anywhere on their websit. Can't find it anywhere on the bottle. I thought it was required by law that they print the alchohol content on the bottle. one site stated the alc% at 5%.

How about those places that operate like oxygen bars but only they somehow have it so you inhale alcohol like at a oxygen bar?

Not sure how this works. I know I've seen this along the strip here in Vegas. It claims you get a buzz off doing this.

Has anyone in here done this?

Well anyways, that ought to cut down on carbs and calories.

Lads, were all Adults and are all informed that Alcohol is a poison that over time debilitates the system and you Die, Die you will anyways so enjoy your way of doing it. As for weight gain or detrimental to Health, forget about it, your Metabolism and Genes dictate those, so drink if you feel like it but understand what it actually effects.:103631605
